This policy covers shipping and delivery for all physical products sold by Digital Dasher, including NFC Google Review Cards and Map Pin signs.

Processing time

All physical products are programmed or prepared before dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order and any required information (such as your Google review URL).

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at admin@godigitaldasher.com.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to Royal Mail service disruptions outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. The free 1-card offer covers the cost of the card itself — a small shipping and handling fee applies.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Standard untracked orders will receive a dispatch confirmation only.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Uncollected items may be returned to us. If this happens, contact us and we will arrange redelivery (a second shipping charge may apply).

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@godigitaldasher.com. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If the item is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or events outside our control.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a second shipping charge may apply).
